Q: Why is a session cost shown as €0.00?
A: Likely no tariff was applied. Assign the correct tariff to the charger and ensure a price component exists. Also check that the tariff is active, it hasn’t expired and the restrictions in the price component are not too restrictive.


Q: What data must a charger send to support accurate pricing?
A: Chargers must report proper OCPP measurands, such as Energy.Active.Import.Register. Missing or misaligned metering data may prevent pricing from applying.


Q: Why is the invoice showing partial charges or incorrect energy amounts?
A: This usually results from the charger not sending aligned or complete meter values. Confirm configuration includes proper OCPP measurands and that session start/end values are logged.
