Dashboard + search

Connect provides a Dashboard for showing everything you need to quickly see the operational status of your charger infrastructure. You'll find dashboards both for your entire infrastructure under Overview > Dashboard or separately for each site under Site > Dashboard.

Dashboard

Dashboards currently show the following information:

• Socket statuses and counts

  • Quickly see whether there are sockets with status "Error" of "Offline"

  • Click on the button next to the corresponding status to jump straight to the Chargers list with correct filters applied

• Success rate

  • Overview of the percentage of the successful sessions

• Latest errors

  • List of chargers and the errors they have reported

  • Click on the charger and do a deep dive into charger events and logs to find out more!

• Going offline

  • List of chargers and the count of how many times they have went offline

  • Useful for seeing whether certain chargers go offline often, which might indicate poor network on the site

• Reboots

  • List of chargers and the count of how many time they have rebooted

  • Rebooting isn't necessarily a bad thing, but if some charger is constantly rebooting it might be a good idea to check the logs what is actually happening

• Network issues

  • List of chargers and the count of how many times the charger has reported network issues

  • Indicates that the site or individual charger has poor internet connection

Search

Connect introduces a powerful search function available on the top navigation. Search is available on all pages and allows you to quickly find the site, charger or what ever you are looking for!

Click on the search box and start typing, you will immediately see the best results for your query. Hotkeys for opening search with ctrl + K also available!
